As part of our comprehensive treatment program, A New Beginning, LLC offers a full array of nutrition services directed towards the successful resolution of eating disorders. Our eating disorder nutritional specialist, Brina Jergenson RD, will evaluate your current nutritional status and recommend a gentle, yet effective, treatment plan to help you move past your current problematic eating behaviors. An integral part of your “treatment team,” Ms. Jergenson will communicate regularly with other members of your psychological treatment team and will coordinate care accordingly. In addition to your nutritional evaluation and ongoing support, helpful nutrition services may include periodic body composition testing and participation in our new meal support program aptly titled “Meal Success!”

In addition to treating eating disorders, Brina also enjoys working with other nutrition-based, health-related issues such as: diabetes, high cholesterol, gastrointestinal disorders, pediatric nutrition and prenatal care. Brina is available to work in conjunction with your psychological team to help facilitate your eating disorder recovery, or individually if seeking non-eating disorder services.
